::Nothing like it used to be. Think of the items from a garage sale that didn't sell and you have an idea. Not everything is like that, but most things are.

::I've been going to this event since the early 1990's ,when it was originally held on Ross rd. The first Saturday sale, was a whole lot bigger and it's vendors had more variety of things for sale. Some junk and some usable. Then redevelopment of the downtown Dallas area, has forced The First Saturday Electronic Sidewalk Sale to 2 new locations and getting smaller, to being less interesting as of now! Just something to go to just to do something!

::Only twelve vendors; it wasn't worth the $5 parking. How the mighty have fallen, since the glory days of 15-20 years ago. I guess it's easier to sell surplus electronics on the internet these days. Good deals on out of date Little Debbie's snacks though.

::While the Atmosphere of the night market is still intact, this appears to be a shadow of what it was in past years. You should always try new things but be aware that it's not as amazing as it was in previous years.

::I went to the June sale and it was amazing! The only cons: not enough vendors. I went to 1 vendor and it was awesome. I purchased 3 laptops and 3 adapter cords, all of the computers had a clear post check and was working. I paid $80 for all three computers. I haven't worked on a computer (not including my own) since 2007! funny it all came back...Like riding a bicycle
