  Locally owned West coast bodega. The owners work their tails off and are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. They make great sandwiches on the spot, always have a kind word to say and if your short a few bucks, if your a local, don't worry about it. They treat you like family.

  Great market with deli! Alcohol, good selection of sweets. Nice guy that runs/owns the place

  I have known Shufat since I was 13 years old & my family moved to Noe Valley. My mom used to own a clothing shop on 24th & Castro so I would walk down to Shufat Market nearly every day to buy snacks. Everyone who works there is very friendly. There have been a few times late at night that I have called on the phone & Shufat stayed open waiting for me to arrive. Nowadays I do my best to give them my business whenever I can.
