  Bought my car a little over two months ago. Brought it in for my first Free oil change that I set an appointment for they were able to check me in right on time. service time for about an hour, and they offer free basic car wash.

  This shortline Hyundai Elantra is awesome and they’re friendly happy people. So best ever experience I had this place is whenever I want here. my car maintenance will be raining smoothly and quality is wonderful.

  I went to Shortline while looking for an SUV, and had the pleasure of working with Attila. Attila and his sales manager were very attentive, listened to what I wanted, and made an excellent effort in trying to earn my business. Unfortunately I didn’t find what I was looking for and ended up making my purchase elsewhere. Regardless of my decision, I still would highly recommend this place. I also had my previous vehicle serviced there several times and always received great customer service from the service team.

  I didn't buy a car here and haven't worked with the sales staff, but I have been going here exclusively for service for about a year and a half, and the service staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Only downside–I've never had an oil change/tire rotation take less than an hour and half here, and the most recent time it took almost three hours even though I had an appointment and arrived early. Probably not a big deal if you aren't waiting around. I still trust them more than any quickie lube place.
