  Went here for a late breakfast on a Sunday morning on the advice of a family member. We originally attempted to go to the New Rochelle Diner, but it was jam packed with people waiting out the door. We had a fantastic breakfast at the Shore Road Café! The food was fast, fresh and delicious. I had the Popeye omelet with spinach, mushrooms and swiss, side of home fries and whole wheat toast. My DH had pancakes and sausage. The service was excellent - our server and others could not do enough for us. When our bill came, it was at around $10 cheaper than what we would have spent at the New Rochelle Diner for the same meal, so we were quite happy. The only downside is the décor - I find it kind of dark inside as it is painted blue; a nice color, but too dark for a restaurant. We will definitely go there again.
