  Typical supermarket gets busy when supermarkets usually get busy. Courtesy desk personnel especially Angela are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Clean for the most part but the aisles are cluttered with product displays.

  The best place in Bayonne to watch people desperately try and fail to use self-checkout machines. There never seems to be any carts and the baskets all disappeared some time last year.

  This store has become the WORST place ever to shop , let me start by saying there are NEVER enough registers open , today I was there and there were actually 5 registers open , but that is the least of all my problems . 2 weeks ago I was there and got a large order and asked for delivery , I left the store at 5:30pm , but 9pm my groceries still not here so I called and some lady tells me that she didn’t have any order in my name . SERIOUSLY !!! After a 15 minute wait she tells me she gonna see what she can do because delivery is only until 8:30pm ( like it’s my problem ) the kid who checked me out didn’t enter my cart into the delivery area , so my stuff were simply sitting there until I called and yet it took them till 10pm to deliver . I was hoping that was a one time event .. Than I was there again today , left the store at 4:20pm , requested delivery , as of 7pm I called to check on the Oder once I had already been through a bad experience 2 weeks ago . WELL WELL.. it turns out my order ARILL in the store and the so called delivery service is not even scheduled to pick it up until sometime between 7-8pm . Which means I will probably NOT get my stuff until 10pm AGAIN . I then ask to speak to a manager and asked him what happened to the 2 hour delivery window policy they had ?! His answer was that there is no guarantee as of when your order will be delivered because they hire a third party . SERIOUSLY ??? This is absolutely RIDICULOUS who the hell needs to wait a 4-5 hour window to get their stuff delivered ?! You mine as well call an Uber and take your stuff home . Because if you dare call them to ask for it you even get an attitude for free ..

  This was a horrible shopping experience! They are racist towards Latinos. My family and I stopped here to grab food for dinner and were treated horribly. The picture is of a woman named Latonya behind the wine and liqour who was extremely rude. My husband dropped the bottle and it broke and she didn't want to help us out at all and was nasty and unprofessional. Next we go to self scan and the associates are watching us as if we were stealing. As we were walking out a large framed African American woman wearing a red messy wig named Alex stopped my husband and I with our 3 children and asked if we stole dog food. We showed the reciept and were very embarrassed. Not only were we treated badly but now we're embarrassed and being racially profiled. This is the worst shoprite I have ever had the unpleasantness to experience. There were no apologies or anything to my family and i.

  Always like coming here. Good place to shop. Plenty of registers. Self checkout. This store has done away with their plastic bags for the most part. They so have the reusable ones for sale though. Parking lot is underground. It's not that big. The store doesn't get too busy. Would recommend.
