  I love Shoe Addiction....I've never had any problems with management or other employees. I've purchased at least 10 pairs of shoes/boots from there. I even returned a pair that was very uncomfortable. Management was kind, very polite and extremely helpful. Last week I returned a pair of shoes without the receipt. I still received great service, very professional and to top it all of a banging pair of boots , exchanged without a problem. Ladies I love this store and their service.. 👠👡👢👜👟👞👜👛💍📿.

  The management there is nothing but unprofessional about how to handle customers and employees. Upon my two visits, I saw her mistreat her employees and treat other customers with poor respect. When returning shoes due to lack of comfort with the original receipt as their policy stated, she claimed that the shoes I only wore inside the store and inside my home one time, were "too damaged" for them to be exchanged. As a simple and respectful person, I truly want to advise others to avoid this store. Nobody should be tricked into business this way. Be warned. Stay clear.
