  Horrible shop - zero stars if possible. LG assigned them to do a warranty repair on my brand spanking new window a/c. When I called Shivani a VERY UNFRIENDLY woman answered the phone and within 15 seconds she assured me that they would not service my a/c or ANY LG product. Yet they are (were) under contract and taking LG money. Shivani = HORRIBLE SERVICE. Avoid with abandon.

  The company came this morning and opened the dripping window unit. Rather than giving any constructive information, the response was, It's made in China, it drips. This is a PC Richard contractor, hopefully the cut them off. We have dozens of other ac's that are the same brand that don't drip.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. I called them Tuesday to schedule an appointment to fix my air conditioner. They said they would schedule me for Thursday, but made me wait until the next day to give me a time. Called back Wednesday and they said they would call me back later. Full day goes by an nobody calls me. I call at the end of the day to which they said "they don't want to do the job". Never had an experience like this in my life. Good luck to you and your bound to be failing business

  I had my air conditioner steam clean repair they did a great job with my unit I don't remember the two last person that came over with my air conditioner on my home address but there were terrific as well explaining to me what happened here their names are taf and Allan thank you so much guys !!!

  Over price and doesn't paid workers well they will rob u don't buy from them
