::Ramen was extremely disappointing, noodles were undercooked and tough. The toughness didn't allow the flavors of the broth to be absorbed. Service was less than average. Mixed drinks were overly sweet and not worth the price or portioning. The only thing that was excellent was the nigiri sushi. It was absolutely amazing. Next time we'd probably stay with the things the do well: sushi

::Great food and wonderful atmosphere. I only rated it 4 out of 5 stars because I'm a prude when it comes to sushi (grew up in Los Angeles, great sushi!). If you are looking for top notch sushi in Fort Worth, check out Shinjuku Station!

::Had their spicy tuna rolls, and sushi based rice bowl and was all fantastic! Salmon was so fresh! The portion sizes are definitely pretty big. 5 piece assorted tempura was all fantastic! Very good sake their as well.

::I love Shinjuku sushi. This has to be the best sushi in Fort Worth Texas. The crab roll and brown butter sauce are to die for. Really good and the serive and intimate vibe are great.

::I don't get all the 5 star reviews. We ordered an appetizer of roasted shishto peppers that we thought maybe the forgot about and then when we were done eating it showed up... Peppers for dessert anyone? The other items we ordered were just okay and the spicy tuna roll tasted more like the spice they sprinkled on top. If you're looking for trendy and pretentious this is your place, but if you're looking for great sushi try somewhere else.
