  I have my mortgage through this company, and have not experienced such personal one on one Service as I have with this bank. They are fast, incredibly respobdive, their rates are good, and they know me by name. They are not a big Mega Bank, and the small enough to know you as a person.

  $5 to cash a check. And quite rude about it. I've never seen a bank charge to cash a check that's written from them.
