Visited from Tacoma, WA for my birthday with my partner. Conveniently located for downtown activities and shopping. The room itself was simple. The bed was clearly not a queen and too short for both of us. The carpet is a designer no-no, but not offensive. I appreciated the readied hot water and broad windows. The linens were refreshed efficiently and quickly. We had a room located close to the secondary entrance, so it was easy to come and go. The continental breakfast is served at 6am, which is bit early for anyone on vacation. I spent more for the room than I had wanted, but I got what I paid for.

Clean room. Friendly staff. 2nd stay there. Good price and you can cancel last minute. Close to downtown.

Good service, clean and cozy rooms, and easy to get to. The lady at the desk was very helpful with details about the area and even recommended a good place to eat. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay for the price. Dated tube TV and old rug in the room we stayed in but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom while small was clean and quaint. Room was actually a bigger size than expected. If you're only planning on using the room as a place to sleep and rest then this palce will meet your needs. If you want to unwind and relax in the room, it's dated aesthetics might bother you more.

Staff was nice. Room was clean, but out-dated (we knew what to expect with this hotel...got it because lower price than others around). Only weird thing about the room was the ottoman was very stained and gross looking. I also wish the ADA rooms had a shower bench in the shower already (the kind that you pull down from the wall) versus a detached chair that the disabled person has to lift and put into the shower...that may be difficult for some. Overall, I think it met my expectations. It was an easy walk/roll to the Wonder Ballroom.
