  I was in a desperate state to find ostomy skin barriers for my visiting friend. When I called Shield Healthcare I was told that they could be ordered (because the correct size was not in stock) and would be there on Wednesday the following week (this was on a Friday). I was in a panic because we needed the barrier NOW inasmuch as she was leaking from her last one. The kind lady told me I could come and pick up an emergency ostomy kit. When I arrived, expecting to be charged about $100, I was told it was free!!! I was beside myself! I started to cry with gratitude! The ladies listened to my story and gave me several skin barrier samples to try and help me out!!! these ladies were Angels sent from God and I just wanted to say Thank you for all of your kindness and generosity!!!!
