::Showed up at noon, when they open and they were closed. Waited until one when a surly guy showed up to open the place. He did not greet us, walked around turning on lights and went behind the counter, ignoring the four people who had been waiting to get in the shop, and started looking at this phone. Went up to the counter after 5 minutes and he was not helpful and short with myself and my girlfriend. She had been looking forward to going for two days and bought almost nothing after interacting with him. I went in the past and met the glassblower and one of the owners and they were amazing guys and I was looking forward to giving them my business, but an experience like this leaves a bad taste in the mouth to be sure.

::Alex hooked your boy UP! Seriously, I visited another reputable "Smoke shop" earlier that day. These guys didn't have what I was looking for and sent me straight to Sherlock's Glass Gallery. I was amazed at some of the glass pieces I saw in this glass gallery. If you are a fan of blown glass art you MUST stop by this gallery! Before I left Alex had exactly what I was searching for in my hand when other shops couldn't compete. They have some every day pieces for your average glass fan as well as top notch high end pieces for your more discerning collectors. Smokers and Glass enthusiast alike...Do yourself a favor and COME TO SHERLOCK'S!

::Went there yesterday at 5:45, there was a sign on the door that said they would be back at 5:35, which they clearly weren't. Waited until around 6 then left. Leaving during business hours is ridiculous, but if you do at least five an accurate time of when your going to be back
