  Unless you’re in crown center to shop, not just to get ice cream, this place is very inconveniently located. The staff seem to always be rude, the service takes for ever, and the ice cream doesn’t turn out like the other Sherdian’s I go to. One worker so rudely told a family to “move over” because they were in the way after paying as they waited for their treats. Their is no space for people to wait and they don’t give you time to ask questions or order without acting like you’re a huge convenience. I left and went to Tropicana instead.

  I ordered the wedding cake concrete and it was seriously one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth.

  I've been waiting over 5 years now for everyone to comment on how the spoons cut your lip. I wouldn't have noticed either except when I put the spoon back into the white ice cream the little drops of blood leave red blood marks in the ice cream. Think this is disgusting?!? Think this was just one defective spoon with an invisible imperfection? That's what I thought, so over a 5 year period I came back, to the Crown Center location and the Northland location. EVERY TIME THE ICE CREAM GETS BLOOD IN IT! This is really disgusting! And they haven't noticed yet? Time to close up the whole operation. By the way I heard there's a new fast food hamburger place opening on the Plaza. They've got concretes! Yeahhhh! I'm never going back to Sheridans. Just go out of business already.
