  This is our 3rd visit and each time has been great. Staff is always pleasant & helpful. Rooms are recently updated and are above average clean compared to many of the other large hotel chains. A clean room, nice people who show interest in being of service makes the stay a pleasant place to do business and relax. For us, we will always stay at this Sheraton Tucson Hotel when in Tucson.

  The hotel rooms were very nice and modern. Some of the best technology additions I've seen in a Sheraton so I'm assuming the property is recently renovated. Rooms were quiet and the location is close to a few stores in case you forgot anything in your travels. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because when I got to my room there were hairs in the bed and a stain on the sheets. Even though it was late someone came up right away however they did not come with sheets they came to inspect my findings and proceeded to tell me how they knew for a fact the sheets were changed. I had to point out to him that the color and texture of the hair was completely opposite of mine before he finally agreed to go get sheets(I have black afro hair and the hair was brown long and straight.) It was very strange to argue with me about it instead of just changing the sheets. He made me feel like I was such an inconvenience, like I had done something wrong when after a long day of travel I just wanted to lie down and go to sleep, not have housekeepers in my room to change sheets. If it were one or two hairs I wouldn't have bothered but there were 5 long hairs and a few short hairs plus a stain. I don't see why I had to convince them to change the sheet. So if you stay here, beware of this. I don't think the hotel was unclean or uncomfortable however this unusual event keeps me from rating 5 stars.

  Seriously do I need to leave a review but what the heck here we go. Do not leave your medication unattended in your room. The "cleaning" staff will either take it or throw it away. It almost cost my son his life (hes a type 1 diabetic). This cost him a trip to the er and a stay in the hospital. To stay at this hotel would be a gamble and a risk no patron should have to take. I do not recommend nor will I recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Please do not risk your life for a comfortable stay

  I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It's better than most in the Sheraton brand when it comes to cleanliness and general state of repair. They've done a good job upgrading this hotel (if it wasn't recently upgraded, they do a phenomenal job with upkeep!). It has a very fresh, modern feel to it, including a curved LCD TV in the bedroom (see pics). I see complaints from other reviews about the cleanliness: from my experience, I can't see how that could be true. The carpets are damn near brand new. Everything is fresh and brand new. That said, I am a Platinum member who spends more nights in hotels than at home, so it could be that I got a better room then most. When it comes to the Club Lounge, it's better than most Clubs I've been in (within the US, at least). I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends.

  They decorate this place to be a nice hotel and the staff is kind and treats you like you're staying at a nice hotel; however the rooms are not as clean as you'd expect them to be. The carpets need a good shampoo, and the bathroom looks like it could use a good scrub down. The elevator on our floor sometimes just wouldn't come, which is frustrating with luggage. Decent hotel, but for the price you pay not worth it.
