  I dine at Mica Restaurant at least 4 times out of the week and I must say that my servers Judy and Rahel are amazing. My usual order is the Caesar salad with salmon and grilled shrimp and if I must say, it is the most perfect salad in the world. I have also had the pleasure of meeting Angela and Orville who are top notch professionals and an awesome asset to your organization.

  The beds weren't that comfortable. I asked the a fridge in my room and the plug or wire to give it power was very finicky. There parking situation for bus groups is tenuous at best. Buses have to park on spring street despite a new bike was put in place making the street smaller for buses to park there. Most vehicles have to ride the left wheels on the median just to get around. You'd think the hotel would think of something better to park the buses.

  Nice hotel in downtown Silver Spring. The room was spacious with two comfortable queen beds. Service was great, they even let us check in early for free. Parking for $14 a day was pretty good. Overall a really good experience and I would return.

  I deem it a honor to be able to share that the Sheraton in Silver Springs Maryland is blessed to have MARIO AND HENRY. I feel that they both should be made General Manager and full partner of this hotel with bones and raise. They are the reason why people come to do business and the only reason I will continue to give my business Respectfully, Larry Harvey

  The Lounge staff Henry & Mario absolutely amazing. Great service and the food was wonderful. Orville in the morning breakfast shift great job delicious breakfast. Only thing I was somewhat disappointed in was the room itself. Could have been a little cleaner door handles had a oil residue which got on my hands. I cleaned it myself not to bother the overworked staff.
