  朝のなんじでも空港まで送ってくれるサービスはすごくいいが　交通の便が悪くココカラ観光はあまり考えないほうがいい。あと朝食食べたら2500円も取られるとはおもわなかった

  Somehow assigned my room to somebody else while I was in It! Other than that, nice place. Nice little restaurant. Be advised if you like to walkbto other places, there is nothing nearby.

  The guest service is really awful! They'll wasting your time and money. I have made a call to make sure if they would allow us putting our luggage before we go abroad. And I have asked them my reservation is 4 days later, is that possible I can put my luggage NOW? and the guest service said " YES, YOU CAN." So we took taxi there before our flight, and the front desk agent are rude and gave us a totally different answer. They said we only can left our luggage for few hours before our reservation. Excuse me?! Then why don't you say that in the phone? Is your guest service in the different space with your hotel? I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay this hotel.

  The room was comfortable and clean. Had been recently remodeled and looked nice. Shower was spacious and hot water was plentiful. Stayed in the club upgrade. Morning breakfast was delicious. Evening appetizer and wine was a nice end to the day. Restaurant food was delicious and portions we're generous.

  Awesome hotel!! Great rooms, awesome breakfast and the lounge upstairs, where you can have a snack ans some wine or sodas if you want to. We spent the Christmas holidays there...it was the BEST choice ever! Adriana in the reception, made sure we felt like at home!! She is excellent in meeting customers’ needs! Oh, and our dogs stayed for free! I am really thankful we stayed there and we will be back, for sure!! :)
