  Shelton Heating & Cooling has a brilliant, conversant, faultless technician. Ben, arrived as agreed, diagnosed, and fixed the heater problem. It was a short notice but he managed to come out for the job, I'm relieved to find this business, and would recommend Shelton Heating & Cooling and especially Ben, to everyone. Thank you!

  My AC wasn't working this season so I called Shelton Heating & Cooling in the late afternoon after reading their great reviews on-line. The receptionist was very accommodating and friendly and we scheduled my appointment without a waste of time. Ben is the tech that came to do the repair. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed so as to make a decision. He did the repair excellently and at a reasonable price. Overall, a great experience and I definitely would recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!

  Ben and his colleague at Shelton Heating & Cooling did a wonderful job yesterday while installing a new heater at my house. They were so quick in all their undertakings. They gave me an estimate and the details of what was to be done and gave a projection of when the work would finish.. It took them few hours (about 4 hrs) to complete the installation.I’m greatly very happy with their service.

  Shelton Heating & Cooling did a great job installing my furnace unit today. I am writing this to express my satisfaction with the service. Ben was the installer and he took time to answer any questions and the concerns I had.The work took about an hour and a half and he cleaned the area afterwards.
