  Absolutely terrible, left the car for state inspection pick it up drove home, when I looked down the cable you connect to in the car to do the inspection was cutoff. They refuse to take responsibility for it, said I should have check prior to leaving with the car. Horrible! This was a nightmare to replace

  For longer then I can remember I've had only good experiences when in for service.
