::Awful. Price-gouging. 10¢ extra with credit or debit card. They also tack on the 10¢ when you use a Shell card - which is against company policy and against the terms of the Shell credit card agreement. I can understand charging to cover the fee they pay to the banks and cc companies, but TRIPLING it!!?
