  Excellent ..This Shell convenience store still has the home town feel. The employees are super nice and very helpful. Rarely go to any other ☺️👍

  the worst place I've ever seen, there is a particular employee who speaks badly to people and discriminates against them.

  A few days before the historical hurricane Florence -- through this chaotic time, with cars lined up around the block for gas, I just wanted to leave a thank you note to staff members who remained calmed and helpful. Actually it was my first time there as Lowes food was out of gas this time. Will go here again honestly. Nice caring people. Good to have in the neighborhood.

  Worst gas station customer service. Just got gas and a car wash. I came home and saw that the car still was dirty. I called and talked to the assistant manager and he said that he can give me a refund or a new code , but I will have to come in today. I live far and hence asked if I can come in tomorrow and he said that won’t work. Very poor customer service and poor response. I am never coming here again. Stay away from this gas station car wash service!

  The worst I have ever been spoken to in a place I just paid money to. I didn’t realize the car wash door didn’t automatically go up like some car washes do during winter. I filled up and pulled up to the car wash, I entered the code and realized my mistake when the door didn’t come up. I went in, explained what happened, and apologized. To my surprise one of the guys working at the time started shaking his head and says “F***in S***” verbatim. Refunds my money and I thank him to just more head shaking and him looking like he wanted to punch me. To be a family owned location I was extremely disappointed since I fill up here once a week with two cars. I hope the owners see this and know it was the older gentleman working and not the younger guy with glasses. This happened 5 minutes ago and I decided a review would be better than reacting to the way I was treated. You’re in the south your employees should act like it and never curse at a customer, it’s simply unacceptable.
