  I walked in and 1 of the workers had his feet in sink by coffee washing them!! Very unsanitary and gross

  Clerk acted like we were trespassers from the moment we entered. Said "hello" as we made eye contact. He just stared at us. It's fine, whatever. Tried to use the restroom and the door was locked. Knocks on either door produced no reply. So I asked the gentleman at the counter if there was a restroom we could use. He said yes, use the men's because the women's was out of order. We asked him "okay, does is it lock?", thinking maybe we need a key or something. He responded to that as if we were idiots for not knowing the logistics of this store we've never been in, "I don't know!" He threw his hands up, "you have to check!" ??wow?? Oookay... Checked, knocked. No one answered again. So we waited around, perused the store. Picked out some drinks and hung around five more minutes or so. I knocked a final time, making sure this time, it was audible. Again, no answer. The clerk stood with his back to us the whole time. We put the drinks back and walked out. Oh yeah, speaking of drinks! The prices were inconsistent and didn't make sense. I'm not a math savant or anything, but a single item for a bit over $2.50 OR I could buy two of them for $6.00? Wat Found a BP a few streets over that was clean, had a well maintained restroom, and didn't treat us like we were an absolute nuisance. Prob was the reason why we were the only customers in the Shell for the duration we were there. Hope you're feeling better, if you're reading this. We can genuinely talk about it, if you want.

  Two weeks in a row I went there and it took me 10 minutes to put 2 gallons of gas in my car. Change your filters lazy people

  Lmao the manager (erica) is an absolute idiot... she gave me the wrong pack of smokes and when i came back to return them and swap them out she refused! Because I didn't have my receipt she said it was now my problem... so I argued that she was the one that gave me the cigarettes initially and I shouldn't need a receipt. Some customer service, the dumb ass can't even remember her daily customers. Wont be coming back there for gas ill goto bp down the street, I advise you to do the same.

  Terrible manager Erica she hung up on me on the telephone. She owes me 2.00 and wouldn't pay me the difference on prepay gas. I prepayed 30.00 and she owes me 2.00. She wouldn't give me 2.00 back.
