  Rude ass employees I will never in my life come here again coupled with low quality wash and high price point I was better off waiting until I got to Brooklyn to wash my car better , and have a better customer experience and better price. Utterly disgusted with service today

  Would give 0 stars but that's not an option. Employee literally ran at me in the parking lot screaming at me for parking there (left the car running with someone inside) so I can run over to starbucks, immediately come back and get a soda and some gas. There are no signs posted stating "parking for shell only" or any sign at all. Just a grown man employee scraming at a 5'1" disabled female just trying to get her morning things done. Absoulty disturbing customer service. Honestly would have been 100% okay if he would have walked out and just calmly explained to me that Its cutomer parking only instead of screaming at me. Will not be returning nor will my many family and friends in the area. I suggest the gastations up the road, where their employees have yet to scream at anyone (at least from what I've seen) I also reccomed that shell train their employees to actually provide customer service instead of doing what ever that was. Absoulty blew my mind.

  They forced us to use there full service when we declined it, the price for 2.69$ gallon went up to almost 4$ never use this gas station!!!
