::I recently flew into Houston to rent a Budget truck to pick up and drive to Lake Charles to load up my stuff and move back to Arizona. When I got off the plane I had a vm stating that I needed to call Budget customer service to arrange a truck. Really?!?! A call one hour from my reserved pick up time. And to top it off it all of a sudden became my problem to fix?!?! Never again! Thanks for ruining my weekend.

::I stopped here for a rush fill on a Saturday night before an event. There was a cop suv watching out so it felt like a secure gas station. I just wanted to share how nice the ladies at the front were. I wore a ballgown and couldn't zip it up on my own and ran inside to the ATM to get some cash out while I was pumping gas. Both of the ladies working there saw me and without me saying anything offered to help me and zip up my dress. This was very kind of them and really touched me that they cared to help me out. I only caught one of their names, Joyce. So if you're reading this, thanks Ms. Joyce! I didn't have to be embarrassed at the party and really appreciated your help.
