  Went in for flat tire and this old indian mechanic stole my OEM wheel lug nut and replaced it with rusted open end lug nut. Wont be going again.

  Kevin was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about my car issue. I had it towed in late in the afternoon and he had had it fixed the next day and gave me a great price. I would highly recommend this Shell to anyone and I have found my new mechanic!

  I had a horrible experience with the owner of this gas station. It was definitely the owner because he repeated it over and over again as if that made him better than a lowly consumer simply trying to fill up my tank when their machine deleted my 50 cents off a gallon Giant reward points. I was having a normal and calm conversation with the cashier and she was giving me the phone number to call for giant rewards saying they would fix it which appeased me until suddenly I was verbally assaulted. All of the sudden the owner came out of the back office and started yelling at me to “get out“ and saying that I am a “troublemaker“. I have this behavior on video If anyone would like to see it. I was so startled by the screaming, pointing and aggressive demeanor that I began videotaping. To be honest, I was afraid that he was going to become violent with me and the cashier seemed terrified of him(see the pics of her trembling lips (edited to protect her identity). I told her thank you and that she was doing a great job despite the environment and he continued to yell at me as I was leaving the station. Unfortunately, I did have to spend $10 there since I was on empty but will never ever return and recommend that you do not spend a penny at this shell station owned by such a monster. I believe if Shell knew how he was treating customers they would not allow him to keep his franchise. It appeared to me that the employees were afraid of him and can say with all honesty that this is the most unprofessional and mean spirited business owner I have encountered ever in my global and country wide travels. The cashiers were very nice and calm and the female cashier apologized profusely. I know everyone needs a job but hope for her sake that she can find one elsewhere. Additionally, there is no connivence store available besides an old drink machine and it all looked very dirty. Absolutely not recommended!

  Its the little things. Free tire air pump, i wanted to buy a air gauge bc i didn't have one to use on my tires they gave me one to borrow when using the pump. You want a place that gives you a little extra service. They will definitely get my business again.
