  I have been coming there on and off for years and years. Haven’t gotten gas there a long time. Kevin who works late night never ceases to put a smile on my face. I had run out of gas… and my dad (obviously annoyed he had to drive me down to the gas station, late) drove me down to the shell. Kevin greets me with a “brotha, long time no see!” We chop it up like old friends. I paid $20 at the register, I fill up my gas can until it was full and I have $2 and change left. My dad now yelling at me to put the rest in his car. I had put the pump back, Kevin runs out with the charge back receipt. Obviously recognizing the situation. He waves at my dad, my dad waves back, like there old friends. I get back in the car, and I say to my dad, “he’s great”, and my dad says, “oh he’s the best”… my dad hands out compliments, like the sun hands out dry skin. That’s customer service. #shell

  It is a breath of fresh air when you patronize a business and are greeted with someone who genuinely wants to help you. We just bought an RV and had no idea how to dump the waste tanks. Al not only showed me exactly how to do it, he did it himself so I could catch all the nuances of how to do it properly. Afterwards I filled up with Diesel. They also fill up propane tanks and provide other services most gas stations long ago stopped offering. When you're in the Factoria area or live nearby, do yourself a favor and support this business because we are fortunate to have them!

  The Asian gentleman working by himself on Saturday 3/26/22 is amazing! He greeted us so kindly and enthusiastically with a warm smile, and when I purchased a bottled soda, he offered to open it with his bottle opener and also offered a cup of ice to enjoy it with. I am so impressed with the service and kindness we received; it was literally the best service we've received ANYWHERE, ever! This man deserves an award. I didn't catch his name, but if he's reading this... Thank you so much, sir! You made our day! God bless you. With much appreciation, Hillary Blaylock and Todd Basom
