::I was charged twice by the “Assistant Manger” Fannie Jones. She was completely unknowledgeable about the Rewards program. I called the store and no one was able to assist me regarding my double transaction. The attendant put me on hold and instead of muting the phone, she just placed the phone down. Instead of trying to evaluate the situation, she told me my bank will take care of it- not even knowledgeable about what was going on, instead made an excuse that the 29th of May was a business holiday. Very frustrating.
