STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Go anywhere but here! Not only does this place help with credit card fraud, but when you need help to resolve issues they don't help at all.

Terrible gas station. Half the pumps are usually broke. The ones that do work are terribly slow. Employees aren't nice at all.

Recently I purchased gas from this location. I purposely made sure that I only bought $20 worth of gas since I prefer to buy my gas at costco or QT. When I looked at my statement, I was stunned to find out that they overcharged my account for $100. Luckily I keep all of my receipts so I thought they would easily and clearly refund my account. Rather than doing that, they said that there is nothing they can do and if I had a concern then I should call the corporate office of Shell. When I asked for the number, he just looked at me and said "just google Shell" Not knowing what to do, I decided to contact the corporate office at which they replied that each station is privately owned and that I need to contact the owners. Unfortunately the staff at the shell station claim that they are not the owners nor do they know how I could contact them nor their names. I want to share this experience with others to remind them to always check their credit card statements and to suggest that if they plan to use their credit card, it is probably safer to go to another gas station.

Horrible gas station. Vagrants accost customers there, pumps remain in improper working order, and the staff is argumentative asserting that since THEY can rig the broken pumps to work, that the broken pumps are not broken. Furthermore they refuse to place signs on the pumps that explain that they do not work properly, requiring patrons to go inside after multiple attempts and multiple pumps fail to work. I would rate them consistently abysmal in atmosphere, facility maintenance, and customer service.
