::DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS STATION YOUR BUSINESS. I purchased a car wash here, they asked me if I wanted help going through it. I said I think I"ll be ok, as I've been through many a car wash in my day. Turns out this one was a little different in that there aren't guide rails that pull your car in neutral through. You follow the guiding lights, they tell you to stop, and then the machine moves around your car to clean it. I pulled up too far as I was following the lights on the far end of the wash, which it turns out aren't connected to the machine. When I noticed this, the machine lights told me to back up. I did. The machine lights told me to stop. I did. The machine started cleaning around my car. It dispensed thick soap on the entire car. Turns out the machine didn't tell me to back up enough, because it then proceeded to rinse behind my car. I couldn't pull back until the machine was done. By then it was too late. I pulled out, went back to the cashier and asked for another car wash code and explained why. The manager came out and said "we asked you if you needed help... you said no. so you have to pay again." I said "excuse me? your machine lights guided me to back up and then stop. I followed its exact directions." He said, "you went backwards. your problem." I started yelling at that point. After an unbelievable and unforgiving exchange, I was forced to pay for a second wash the get the soap off from the first wash. THAT MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED. I've never experienced anything like that in my life and will never go back.

::Car wash! Very dangerous part of town.

::Pump 6 took my card, charged me $.31 for .1 gallons before I started pumping, then wouldn't dispense actual gas. Cashier useless. Pump 4 displayed "see cashier," cashier said its reader was broken (but he's too lazy to put a sign on it), then he wouldn't let me fill up, I had to pre-pay a dollar amount. Plus entitled panhandler with an attitude when you firmly say "No, sorry I can't help you" to his b.s. story about losing a wallet. Goodbye!!

::I stop and spend $66 dollars in gas and the service was bad. When I go in to ask for restrooms they trade me like a homeless. They sad bad give then only problem . They make me feel like a part of that problem. I was just a costumer asking for restrooms. I never come back to this gas station. Never.

::One of the only gas station locations in SOMA, and near the freeway offramp. It has plenty of pumps and they seem to turn over fairly quickly . I've used the car wash in the past and it's your standard issue automated car wash - seems to work OK (i.e. not broken or otherwise causing trouble). The convenience mart has a ton of stuff to buy albeit a little cramped; cashiers are usually efficient. Be aware of your surroundings as it is the city and there are some characters about, but I haven't had an issue. Prices are what you would expect for a national gas retailer, although if you take advantage of their loyalty program you can probably knock them down a bit.
