::Just called in to get an estimate for a service done on my car. Whoever picks up the phone here needs a lesson in phone etiquette and customer service. He didn't want to give me basic information for a simple service and got up tight when I asked for a price. I also came in to get my car's NYS inspection renewed earlier this year. Not only are they over priced, the guy in charge, which I am assuming is the same person who answers the phone, is incredibly rude and seems to always be a pissy mood. Makes sense that they are the same person. I would avoid this mechanic at all costs!
