  I started sending my son here after I felt like he had a lack of confidence and a bully problem , very excited to say , he has an increased confidence discipline and physical fitness master Farouk is great with the kids

  Great family business with wonderful Taekwondo teaching approaches. I can't say enough about Grand Master Farouk, he is one of the best in united states. Best wishes Atoun

  Both of my daughters train at Sheiks. Amazing crew that will always put the extra time in with you or your child if needed. Great atmosphere and not a daycare. True training for martial arts, discipline, respect and self defense. Keep it up.

  I was a student here over 15 yrs ago and master furigk was a great teacher and we'll respected person I earn my black belt elsewhere but I came to him for more advance training and was there for 4 years. I eran My 3 degree from him. I been out of the sport for over 13 yrs but I'm getting back into it at age 46 it's never to late.
