  In spite of what some pictures look like with liter; overall, the park it's in a nice decent neighborhood; people are friendly, and most are smiling; and it's just one corner away from a shopping area, that perhaps extends to three to four long blocks. Hint: the park is right next to a children's public school; so if you want some bit of quietness, school hours are not preferred.
