  I've never been the type of girl to have loyalty to a salon or hair dresser...until now! I look forward to our appointments and have fun while I'm there! And of course, she does a great job and I always feel fabulous when I leave!!!

  I had my regular hairdresser refer me to her because she was booked. My reg. HD told her exactly what to do, step-by-step, and I still got orange hair. After sitting for about 3 hrs she took me to the shampoo bowl and puts toner on my head. My head starts tingling, because it's burning, I can tell something is wrong. She takes me over to the mirror and I am pretty much speechless at what I see. As she is discussing with another HD to put more color on my head, they decide to "break it up" with more bleach and a 20 dev. As I'm going through that pain, and it hurt, I actually had to tell her "your not putting anything else on my head". So she decides to put "calming" cream on my head, which burned like heck because my head was so irritated from all the bleach and it had tea tree in it, duh that's going to burn. So when she brings me back over to the mirror my hair was even worse. I had never seen my hair that color before and the 6 people in the room were pretty much left speechless. Then she tries to brush my hair on an already incredibly irritated scalp. I was done, I wanted to not cause any issues because she had other clients in her room so I quietly paid her and I got out of there. On top of that I had to go get it fixed as much as it could be with my reg HD and my hair was so frizzed out from her. I would never recommend her and I can't believe people would choose to have her do their hair. I also gave her the opportunity after the fact to make it right with me and never received a response.

  Loved the richness of my color and how easy my hairstyle is to maintain. Chrissy always makes me feel wonderful when I leave!!!
