  Really cool experience and atmosphere. It has an old school feel with a modern twist and incredible customer service. Very high quality cut with a complementary drink while you wait. I highly recommend this place.

  I thought this was a high quality barbershop. The skinny dude with the beard is trash. I should've kept my afro. Absolutely not worth what they're charging.

  As a guy with long hair, I am picky on where I get my haircut. Many places claim to know what they are doing. But, I have to admit that this is by far the best service I have received. I trust my hair in the hands of Irene (she works there).

  Richard hooked it up. If you have a beard and need a trim go see him. Don't expect good beer or whisky as other reviews have mentioned

  I was about 5 months into growing out my beard and I brought in a photo of what I wanted my beard to look like. Irene ended up hacking off about 2 months worth of beard growth, and it looked nothing like the photo. She still charged me for the shave, for which I left a $5 tip on the $15 trim, because I am a decent tipper. I could not believe she charged me, but I guess that is the way Shave handles business. After being informed of how bad the beard trim looked by some close friends, I called Shave the next morning to speak with Irene. Instead, I got the owner, who told me that she would give me a refund for the beard trim, and that is it. She said it like she completely did not care. I do not feel that a refund of fifteen bucks compensates for 2 months of growth. I would be appalled if someone was as disappointed as I was. The owner truly did not care. Irene simply kept talking until I dropped my head and said "I guess just go with your vision of what you see". Do not go to Shave unless you have a very easy beard to trim. If you have anymore than 3 months of growth, stay away from Shave. I usually go to Cutthroat on Washington. The only reason I went to Shave was because I was in a hurry, and I highly regret it. This is not a plug for Cutthroat, this is a warning about Shave.
