  I've been using Sharp Tax for a few years. I've recommended them to family. We have always had a great experience. Customer service is phenomenal and I have never been let down by them.

  The worst customer service ever. I did my taxes last year online with turbotax and had a better experience. i wanted to try Liberty Tax. worst idea ever. They put down the wrong information on my taxes and obviously my taxes will be late because of it. I had to fix my own taxes. This place is not professional at all. It seems like they have just random people doing taxes with no experience what so ever.
