  Had sent a guest from a nearby hotel to the hospital during the night. She had terrible pain and had came back explaining her experience. She was wheeled into the hospital and given no help. The staff were not willing to assist her. Neither did the security help her when she asked if hr could grt their attention of how long she would be waiting. After she was trying to get a manager or supervisor one of the nurses said they were one, which was lying when the actual supervisor came out. The nurses refused to show their nametags and the security was unwilling to help her. How do you call yourself nurses when you can't assist someone who needs assistance? Just seems that you don't care about the well being of the patients who come into your hospital. And the guest ended up leaving, finding a place open and getting pain meds because apparently your team couldn't and seemingly wouldnt do anything to help her.
