  OK food, but the last three times we've been here the service has been terrible. Once they were understaffed, which is somewhat forgivable, but the other times the service was just bad. We've been ignored, brought the wrong food, told our food was unavailable 30 minutes after we've ordered it, and have been kept waiting way too long for the check. Go somewhere else for pie.

  Waitresses just stood over in the corner talking. I was done eating and we have to wait for my check when we were ready. I guess the conversation was better than waiting on the customers. I'm not going back there. All it took was once....

  Service was slow tonight, Wednesday. We waited 15" before we saw our waitress, this we were ready to order when she got to the table. Hey response was "can I get you started with something to drink?" Appropriate but our menus were placed at the table and we had to tell her we were ready to order. We didn't have a place setting at our table, yet when our food arrived our waitress said "I'll be back to check on you" this we had to ask for silverware and napkins. Not good service in this night

  I was really delighted with this particular Shari’s because the little creek that runs beside it was full of ducks and geese! The servers were lovely, the coffee was hot and fresh (and frequently refilled) - I loved everything about it.

  Lo máximo en comidas ligeras!! aparte de los deliciosos pankakes!!
