  I bought something online in size large and wanted to change it for smaller size and call the manager and I explain to her that how I can do to change it like Anazon that you print the label return and The lady name Pilar insult me by phone and then told me that they did not make changes, so I was mad is my money and I went personal to White Plain at Galería Mall and they change my item but it cost me more bc i pay 18$ metro north train plus 55$ the item and I change for something less 38$ so they own money right so I tell her the rest of the money used it for USPS and she tell me no you have to pay again and I tell her no bc I change the item for less money you own me money so you own me money used that money for USPS and we ok The lady that work on Galeria Mall Jenny she is a professional person she try to help you !! Never in my life

  I walked in and asked too see the silicon butt pads. She took them out and I asked if I could take a picture . Well she went crazy and was like absolutely not and was very nasty too me. I said ok and decided to walk out and I could of sworn she cursed at me under her breath. I will never go back there to purchase anything and I wouldn't recommend her to any one of my friends or family. She's a nasty woman !

  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. I PURCHASED A VEST CORSET AND AFTER I PURCHASED IT AND SPENT 81.18, I NOTICED THE SEWING WAS COMING PART AND IT WAS DETACHING FROM THE VEST. I WENT IN A EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THE SEWING WAS DETACHING AND SHE SAID "YOU WORE IT" DUH, OF COURSE I DID BUT, IT DOESNT MEAN IT WASN'T DEFECTIVE. THEN SHE LOOKS AT ME LIKE IM SUPPOSE TO SUCK UP THE 81.18 AND JUST PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE. THEY ARE CROOKS, SHE KNEW THE ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE.... AMD SHE SOLD IT TO ME ANYWAYS. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. CROOKS
