  Sifu Paula Wong has trained both of my sons for many years. She is not just a gifted and extremely accomplished teacher, but has created a family at the temple in which many of the students and teachers are a part. I consider Sifu to be one of the great positive experiences in my sons' lives.

  Excellent training...emphasis on what you can individually comprehend and accomplish, not on "how high you can kick"... earn a black sash from this school, you will feel confident, peaceful, healthy (of course), and "in control"... But...have you got what it takes???...Yes, You can do it...just stick with it, put your time in, concentrate, and above all, appreciate what Sifu is showing you...
