  I called on the off-chance that there might be a same day appointment available. The lady who answered the phone was super rude and judgmental about me just asking whether something was available. She told me that most people book in advance and I should not try to find anything last minute (even though they had appointments after 6pm). As I was explaining that I just thought I'd check to see if I could get lucky she hung up on me and would not pick up when I tried calling back. I was not rude or aggressive- I was just seeing if anything was available. They certainly won't be getting my business in the future.
