  マイアミ港からのクルーズの 前泊＆後泊に利用しました。 英語が話せない日本人観光客の私には 送迎が無いモーテル利用は ハードルが高い感じがしたが、 空港からタクシーで問題無く行けましたし、 チェックイン＆アウトも スムーズに出来ました。 大通りに面しているので ＵＢＥＲも呼べは、 間違え無く来てくれます。 また、バス停が目の前にあって、 空港から乗り換えすれば行く事も可能。 ダウンタウンまでは 乗り換え無しで行けます。 簡単な内容ですが、 宿泊料金が格安なのに 朝食も付いているのがありがたいです。 徒歩圏内に飲食店もあります。 以前は空港周辺やビーチのホテルを 利用していましたが、 今後はここを利用する事にします。

  More or less what you would expect for the cost, but it's clean, right next to a Starbucks, and there's a decent local coffee shop across the block. I would definitely stay here again. Just don't expect the Ritz.

  The whole experience was horrible. In my room there wasn't any adult channels, NO phone inside room, hotel overly charged my credit card without my consent, neighboor room knocking on my door like it was the police at 2 am......rooms are nice and clean, but overall experience was not worth $117.00. Plus a $100 deposit. Also there was no manager to talk to about my room issues which included NO PHONE inside room.

  It's pretty much exactly what the tagline for this location claims. The rooms are sensibly comfortable and minimalistic, but they offer what you need for a place to rest. The room was the kind of clean where you can still smell the bleach used to disinfect the surfaces, which I could appreciate. Despite its age, the Shalimar is relatively cute from the exterior. The parking is not exactly a pleasure. Breakfast in the morning is somewhat unique. The appliances are outside. You'll find plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area, and you're quite close to the water.

  Al in veel motels verbleven tijdens onze vakantie maar deze was met stip echt de slechtste. Inchecktijd was na 15.00 uur. Na een autorit van 3 uur kwamen wij aan om 14.40 uur bij het motel. Bij andere motels was het geen probeem om iets eerder in te checken maar hier niet. Er zat een erg sjagrijnige en klantonvriendelijke dame die ons pas vanaf 15.00 wilde in checken. Dus we mochten nog 20 minuten in de auto wachten. Tijdens het inchecken was mevrouw de receptioniste alleen maar druk met kletsen met haar collega ipv even de klant netjes te helpen. De kamer zelf was schoon. Het bed echter was erg slecht. De matrassen zaten in plastic hoezen en daaroverheen een matrasbeschermer die een veel te kleine maat had. De hoes ging steeds van de matras af zodat je op de plastic hoes lag te zweten. De plafonnetjes waren flinterdun en elke voetstap of ander geluid was erg goed te horen. Handdoeken werden na gebruik niet altijd vervangen. Hebben meegemaakt dat die gewoon over de stoel werd gehangen om te drogen. Jammer genoeg hebben wij hier 3 nachten geboekt want dit motel is absoluut geen aanrader.
