::4 stars for my burger. Crowded because everybody else liked their burger too. Minus a star because the bathroom was scaryπ± and employees could be a little more friendly.

::The person taking my order messed up and added a single instead of a double. I pointed out the error and she fixed the order, after she changed the order I asked if the tracker for the order would be the same, she didn't pay attention and just told me to get my order whenever the tracker went off. I said sure. I waited for a while, my other friend (who ordered after me) was already half way through her meal and I was still waiting. I went up to the lady giving the food, and told her my food was taking a while and asked if she could check for me. She completely ignored me and told me to wait. I noticed there was a tray of food that had the exact items I had ordered, the lady knew that was sitting there and didn't bother to check. It was until another employee asked out loud "Whose food is this?" and she looked at me and gave it to me. I understand if there is a mistake, but the person should've at least tried to genuinely listen to my concern instead of just dismissing me completely. On the top of everything, once the other employee gave me my food, I looked at her and said "Thank you for checking for me...", she said "Have a nice day". Terrible customer service. Only reason I don't give 1 star is because the food was good.

::Great burger and shake. Fries aren't great. In the great debate of best viral fast-food burger I stand firmly in the In-N-Out camp. Shake Shack is a little on the pricey side too. The ShakeBurger is a single and costs nearly twice what an In-N-Out double double costs. The Shack Sauce isn't all that special either. It is basically Mayo. The bun is good though. I thought it was interesting that the top and bottom were still joined at the back. Means it is a small burger, can't stuff much in a bun that won't separate. But I don't think it is any smaller than the In-N-Out patty. But there are fewer toppings. The burger itself is more crispy. More of a fried feeling. Kind of like Culver's burgers. The cheese seemed very processed. But most are so that they melt well. As for the fries, I wasn't impressed at all. Not much better than frozen fries. Might be frozen? And I love in-n-out fries. Fresh! But I know that is a love hate thing. But they do put effort in their namesake. Their shakes are the only thing better than In-N-Out. But I rarely eat shakes so no big deal to me. I go for the burgers and fries. Atmosphere and decor is more hip than In-N-Out. Now to mix it up even more I'll bring the third member into the debate, five guys. Obviously five guys have better toppings. But they still don't catch In-N-Out. I think I would slightly lean to five guys over shake shack. But not if I had to walk an extra couple blocks. It is that close. I've been overly critical here. I would take shake shack over any other large chain burger place but not over In-N-Out.

::The "Shack" burger was delicious! It was a very simple burger, but the grill was perfect, the sauce was amazing and the bun was light and airy. Also, the milkshake are great but I felt that it was slightly overpriced.

::Grilled chicken sandwich was pretty good. However, the portions here are small. The french fries were good, if somewhat bland. There's only one size french fries and that portion is rather small too. The cookies and cream milk shake was good and actually sized right. Be prepared to stand and wait for a table if dining in. This is not somewhere I will go if I am hungry. Lastly I think they should offer a turkey burger.
