  My husband and I have been living in West Seattle for a year now and we have places that we frequent and truly enjoy going to. Let me be very clear, we like good quality food and excellent service. Before we go anywhere, I like to read other people's reviews and based on that I choose whether it would be worth trying or not. In reading Shadowland's review I was apprehensive but decided to give it a try. Both my husband and I LOVE coming here. The food and drinks, never disappoints and to make things perfect the service is Amazing. Everyone has always given excellent service. I especially want to give a shout out to HEATHER, who truly represents what this place is about and makes sure we feel welcomed and cared for every time we visit. Thank you Shadowland and staff!

  The place is nice with good music. They got my order wrong though. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with no sauce, but yellow mustard if they have it. Instead I got the sauce and fries. I had to flag someone down for mustard scrape off the sauce. The waitress never even asked if my order was correct.

  Shadowland, Shadowland. It has been quite a number years, now, and you are still my favorite. If you are looking for a (generally) low-key bar with consistently good service and exceptional happy hour (the Wagyu burger and the catfish Reuben are my favorites), this is your spot. Just do us all a favor and don't tell too many people about it...
