  Food is pretty good however with the exception of one of the servers, service is really lacking. I've been here when it's slow and when it's packed and this really has no impact on service speed and quality. Also, whatever wait time the hostess quotes you is pretty worthless. This can be both good and bad depending on which they're wrong. Management can usually be found holding up the front counter.

  The food was a 4 out of 5... it was great. The staff and the survive was absolutely terrible. Sad part was it was a Thursday and not busy at all. Out of rice. Out of a certain beer. Every question we asked seemed like an unwanted task and it showed.

  Best hot pot Japanese around. I find it enjoying and fun. The manager is always so pleasant.

  A most enjoyable experience. Cook your own meats and veggies in your choice of delicious broths. Fun for a group. Staff is very attentive, ask for direction if you haven't done shabu before. I recommend the (pricy) all-you-can-eat, but come hungry! Be sure to try the hot sake.

  This was my first time trying this place and I was really impressed. The food was great. It was very relaxed environment. I was hopping our server would explain how it works. Luckily another server notice and gave told us what to do. I will definitely go back.
