  BEWARE! SGC Homes deleted my last review and that is exactly how they conduct business. This company is the most unprofessional. Our 470K home has been a nightmare over the past year. The builder, Charlie Christie, is rude and arrogant and appears to have little skill in this profession. Our house has already flooded due to a pipe burst in the wall and over 10K in damage occurred (of which we paid for). They are unresponsive to issues (dripping faucets, stripped and poorly painted cabinetry, poor brickwork, poor plumbing, roof damage done during the build and never corrected). They are unresponsive to phone calls and emails and move on to the next job without having a care as to poor workmanship. They do not monitor their subcontractors nor assess the quality of the work being completed. The pictures below show evidence of their most recent work. The brick arc in our drive needed to be repaired due to poor initial workmanship and they repaired it with the WRONG color while we were out of town and without our permission to work on the home! And left it with no explanation. Our neighbor's homes have also had floods, poor flooring, terrible paint, mismatched windows and more. Please take your business elsewhere!!
