  Joel did a wonderful job on my "impossible project". He was the only provider that could cut my granite and cabinets, refit the area for a 48" GAS stove, knock out a space for the 48" vent hood (AND replumb the pipes that we didn't know were back there) and have it looking like it was meant to be that way, and not an afterthought. He and his wife were completely pleasant and professional. SFI DIDN'T give me a phone quote based on pictures and then come to the house and try to charge more than double because "with this big house I know you can afford it" (that happened to me with several companies I called previously). I have more work to be done and will be contacting them again. I googled to find their number and realized that I really needed to write this review so others can know how GREAT the service I received was.

  Horrible experience with this company. Poor communication and low quality of work. I hired them for a shower install that should have taken a 7-9 days it took months. My shower tile and grout cracked less than 30 days after. Joel gave me the run around on fixing the cracked tile and grout.
