  Awesome path!. Not crwoded. Kids friendly. No high hills so is perfect for begginners like me. The East end is the side with no Street crosses.

  Love this trail. Whether you're biking or running, it's a great place to get a workout.

  It's a fun family path. Some of the climbs will be challenging but worth it on the Descent. If it rains be cautious of wet leaves and Moss at the bottom of the Descent. It would be nice if people who bring their dogs didn't leave their waist in the middle of the path. I saw three occasions of that in one day. At about the 2-mile mark there's a mountain bike trail off to the side with challenging drops and climbs.
