  I'm calling repeatedly from Philadelphia about lost package. My experience dealing w the 800 number was the absolute WORST because after waiting 1+ hr the system just hung up on me!! This was equalled by no one picking up the presumably local number. Multiple unanswered calls!! In 2017, the USPS is MIA to its customers.The USPS system is laughably broken by it's a sad disgrace and not at all comical. It clearly has no functional accountability so why is it still here?? Like others have stated, I will spend more for reliability and professionalism, both words foreign to USPS administration and workers. A total disgrace

  I think this is the worst costumer service ever. It's not the first time I go, it's like all of the employees made the decision just not help you and be mean. THE WORST

  I really don't get why the US Postal Service doesn't have one or two self service units available for its patrons in this pretty busy branch. I am absolutely sure that it would save a lot of time, and the 2 or 3 ladies that have issues servicing people can be focused in customers that require human intervention.
