  Really wonderful experience with the guys at Service King. My car looks brand new and was ready 3 days before expected. Highly recommend!

  The workmanship of the job itself was great. However my experience was not up to par. When visiting for an insurance claim, pictures were taken and was told I would receive a call with estimate and time. 2 weeks later I followed up - they forgot to get my phone and info. After giving them info, I said I was needing to go out of town and really wanted repair by time. I was told they would check availability of parts and such and would call back. More than a week later, I followed up and they forgot to call. They got parts in and were painting. They would assemble everything when ready to minimize my time for bringing in car. No call. I called next week and was told it was ready and if I go there now, they would do work. I went and they replaced the driver mirror assembly, however they did not notice original mirror was different before the work, nor did they compare the picture of the mirror taken with the mirror received. So they had to get a new mirror and replace. Because I work close by, they graciously picked up and returned my mirror. Nice folks, but really failed in the simple stuff. I will reiterate that the work done - was great. Just customer service that failed.

  I work for Hertz and the customer's that work directly with this body shop are very pleased with their experience. The time it takes to repair, assess vehicle, and send you on your way makes customers feel like valuable pieces to their business.

  Fantastic service! Not only did they do a great job on my repair, they wiped and vacuumed a messy interior. Great communication and hassle-free coordination with insurance. Highly recommended!
