  I came in one day for body repair. I was told if I leave my car that day they should be able to finish the repair by the following Monday. I checked the status of the repair online via their website Monday and it was still being worked on. Two weeks go by and it still says it's not finished yet. I called the shop and found out they had not even started working on my vehicle yet. So they lied to me saying it would be completed within a week and kept my vehicle sitting in their parking lot for two weeks for absolutely no reason. Terrible service.

  Very horrible service kept vehicle for a month rush job took back 2xs now going on 3 call and never get a response no organization I wouldn't recommend no one.

  Did a good job replacing the bumper hook on my car! Communication regarding progress could have been better, but I'm pleased with a job well done.

  They did good work repairing my car. The service technician who was my contact was absolutely friendly and wonderful. However, there was a mix-up with the payment in that they needed to refund my money. That took over 6 weeks, the longer it took the worst their attitude became. So caveat emptor.

  This Service King is top-notch. I have had my vehicle repaired there twice. One time with a major collision and the second time it was a parking lot collision. I was extremely happy with both repairs. It is very convenient to also have Enterprise Rent-A-Car on-premises and my insurance company Geico met me at the location. Chelsea was my Service King representative and she was excellent. Very very happy with this establishment and highly recommend.
