  I brought my car to service king on May 3,2018 and they were suppose to repair my fender and replace the bumper. My vehicle was suppose to ready for pick up on May 10,2018. Which my vehicle was not ready until today. I sent a friend to pick up my vehicle because I could not do so being that I was at work. My friend went in and inspected my vehicle and come to find out my front driver fender was not aligned properly and they repaired my bumper instead of doing what my estimate say’s which was to replace and not repair. I am totally dissatisfied with this company and will never bring any vehicle I own to them. They take shortcuts on your vehicle Instead of doing what the estimate from my insurance company said to do. I feel like this company is crooked and tried to misuse my insurance funds. Thank goodness I had a friend who fathers use to own a body shop and had a keen eye for things like this because I would have took delivery without knowing that they didn’t replace my bumper!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

  My bumper came half off of my car from a parking spot bumper, I called them at 12:30, got an appointment at 1:30, and by 1:45 I was on the road again with a fixed bumper! Better yet there was no charge. Everyone I interacted with there was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back when ever I am in need of car repair again.

  Service King Pantego has fixed my Mercedes twice. Both times they have been very professional and answered all my questions. They texted me updates daily. This time the car was ready two day early!! And both times the car looked brand new. I recommend them to all my friends. Thank you, Kelly, Vincent and Alicia for your great service.
